These are the current terms of booking with the studio.

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to hold any appointment. The deposit comes off the final price of the tattoo and is only forfeited if you cancel inside the cancellation window, no-show, reschedule more than once, or change the concept to something substantially different after drawing has started. Deposits hold one appointment and are not transferable to another person.

Cancellation window

48 hours

No-show

Not arriving for a scheduled appointment forfeits the deposit in full, and a new deposit is required to book again. Two no-shows end the booking relationship.

Late arrival

Please arrive on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the session is shortened to whatever time is left in the slot, and arriving more than 30 minutes late without contact is treated as a no-show. Message as soon as you know you are running behind and it will be worked with where possible.

Rescheduling

One reschedule is free with at least 48 hours notice and keeps the existing deposit. A second reschedule, or any change made inside 48 hours, requires a new deposit. Emergencies are handled case by case, so reach out before the appointment time rather than after it.
